Mark's on-line teaching experience reaching back to close to the advent of distance education and its association with the Internet. He has more than six years dedicated experience as an on-line instructor in distance education and has been an innovator and leader among his peers in extending on-line educational practices.

His career is based upon a BEd. Elementary Education followed by a MEd. in Educational Psychology, Multi Media Design. He has worked in the Middle East as the E-Learning Coordinator and Instructional Designer for Dubai Women's College, Higher Colleges of Technology. Presently he is working for NAIT in Alberta Canada as an eLearning Design Consultant. Constructivist learning encapsulates his personal educational philosophy, where education is associated with experience.
